The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievances of the writ petitioners are redressed. Thus, there is no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. If any grievance exists in respect of the members of the petitioner's Association, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Competent Authority for the purpose of redressal of their grievances in the manner known to law.
