This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for No Objection Certificate from the respondent police to enable the petitioner to run the Beauty Parlour business. 2.The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no application has been received from the petitioner till date and if any application is submitted, the same will be considered in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Even though a copy of the representation has been filed in the typed set, there is absolutely no proof to show that the petitioner has submitted any application before the respondent Police. It is left open to the petitioner to submit the application seeking for No Objection Certificate to the respondent Police and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
