When the matter was listed for hearing on 24.04.2026, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, Registry was directed to list the matter

under the caption "for dismissal" on 02.06.2026. Since the matter was not listed on 02.06.2026, Registry was directed to list the matter today i.e., 10.06.2026. When the matter is called today there is no representation for the petitioner and hence it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Original Petition.

2. Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
