This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioners for their property based on the petitioners' representation dated 10.03.2025 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners are entitled for a separate patta based on the sale deed dated 25.09.2001. For the said purpose, they had given representations dated 10.03.2025 and 21.04.2025.

3. Mr.Habeeb Rahman, appearing for the respondents states that the

representation of the petitioners dated 10.03.2025 will be disposed of within a period of 8 weeks.
