3.The petitioner/appellant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily "Dinaboomi" in respect of the Kalpatharu Benefit Fund Ltd., rep by its Director P.R.Balaji - 1st respondent-Company in C.M.P.Nos.3687 of 2022 & 21341 of 2021/2nd respondent in C.M.P.No.21343 of 2021, circulated where the respondent-Company is having its Office, mentioning the date of hearing as 29.08.2022. The petitions are ordered.
