(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Crl.O.P.No.17076 of 2020 dated 29.10.2020 and that the petition has been wrongly numbered twice. Hence, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
