Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the nature of writ to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the respondent in RC No.6912/A1/98 dated 13.03.2006 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to treat the period from 17.09.98 to 11.01.99 as duty and to pay the salary for the said period.
