(The case has been heard through video conference) Challenging the impugned show cause notice issued by the 2nd respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.Samyuktha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, now the prayer sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
