This application has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pass an arbitral award by another period of two months.

2. Ms.Apoorva, learned counsel appearing for the respondent through video conferencing states no objection for allowing this application.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application filed as sufficient cause has been shown for seeking extension.
