ORDER

Heard Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is disposed of.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 03.01.2015.

3. In the said representation, the petitioner has sought for early disposal of the revision petition filed before the 1st respondent on 03.07.2013 by Kariappan Kavi Gounder, who is the father of the petitioner. It is stated that the petitioner's father passed away on 05.08.2013, leaving behind his mother and one brother and one sister. Since the revision is pending for a long time, the petitioner submitted a representation and seeks for early disposal of the review petition.

4. Since it is stated that the revision petitioner is no more, the petitioner has to first file a petition before the revisional authority to substitute the revision petitioner by the legal heirs of the revision petitioner and thereafter only the 1st respondent can consider the revision petition.

5. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the petitioner and the other legal heirs to file a miscellaneous petition in the revision petition dated 03.07.2013 seeking to bring them on record as the legal heirs of the deceased revision petitioner and at the first instance, the revisional authority shall consider the miscellaneous petition and pass orders and thereafter, the revisional authority shall hear the legal heirs of the original revision petitioner as well as the respondents in the revision petition viz., Rani, Ramamurthy, Gopal and Sakthivel and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing, dispose of the revision petition on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
