Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the appellant to proceed the case. This shows the non-willingness attitude of the appellant in the case. In the result, these second appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
