2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, paragraph no.3 is to be read as follows:

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent to file a fresh application before the revenue official after disposal of the suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.''
