2.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the first respondent and submits that no other separate appeal has been preferred by the appellant before us.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the matter, we accept the reason for delay i.e., financial difficulty in preferring the appeal. We also notice that the delay sought to be condoned is only 74 days.
