Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, or the agents or anyone claiming under them from interfering with the scheduled mentioned property, which is subject matter in O.S.No.75 of 2016 on the file of the Sub- Court, Mettur, pending disposal of the above Second Appeal. ORDER

In this miscellaneous petition, this court by its order dated 30.11.2020, has granted Interim injunction until further orders and ordered notice. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned on various occasions and the same has been kept pending till now. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
