Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein viz., the Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Sriperumpudur, Kancheepuram District to consider the representation of the petitioner herein dated 19.08.2013 given to the first respondent herein in measuring the land comprised in S.No.299/1A1B of Pazhanthandalam Village of an extent of 1.60 acres bearing Patta No.2897 forthwith.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein viz., the Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Sriperumpudur, Kancheepuram District to consider the representation of the petitioner herein dated 19.08.2013 given to the first respondent herein in measuring the land comprised in S.No.299/1A1B of Pazhanthandalam Village of an extent of 1.60 acres bearing Patta No.2897 forthwith.

2. It is seen from the typed set of papers, the petitioner had sent only representation and failed to pay any requisite fees to survey, sub-divided and issuance of patta for the subject property. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to make https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a fresh application along with requisite fees before the first respondent to survey, sub-division and issuance of patta. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider within the period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
