2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to the petitioner affected in viral fever, he was unable to execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
