A.Nos.5099, 5100 of 2019 in C.S.No.277 of 2019 A.Nos.5099, 5100 of 2019 in C.S.No.277 of 2019 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, Both these applications have been filed under Order 39 Rule 2a of the Code of Civil Procedure. Originally an order of interim injunction been granted exparte. Thereafter, the matter had been taken up for consideration by the Division Bench and ultimately reach the doors of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. It is stated that the order of the interim injunction are not in force today and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has also not granted any such order. Pendency of these two applications will only be otious and they are closed with rights granted to the plaintiff to lead evidence, if any on alleged breach of injunction order quite apart from the pleadings in the plaint.
