ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.191 of 2013 dated 12.06.2013 pending on the file of the respondent police 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and final report has been submitted on 05.01.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate I, Villupuram. 3.

In view of the same, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infrucuous and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
