O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to approve his appointment from the date of initial appointment as Junior Assistant on 01.12.2008.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant by the fourth respondent. According to the petitioner, the appointment was made against a sanctioned post. The fourth respondent appears to have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made a proposal to the second respondent to approve the appointment. Since follow up action was not taken by the second respondent, the petitioner is before this court.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the proposal made by the fourth respondent dated 13.12.2011 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
