ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order dated 09.10.2017 passed by the second respondent in proceedings no.29903/Ni4/3/2017, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to regularise the services of the petitioner from the date of his appointment to the permanent post i.e., from 31.12.1993 as per G.O.(4D) No.8 dated 31.07.2008 as was done in the case of his coappointees. 2.During the course of hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings dated 17.10.2024 in Na.Ka.No.6032/Ni3/2024 before this Court and submits that the claim of the petitioner for regularization has been considered by the respondents vide proceedings dated 17.10.2024. 2/4
3.The above said proceedings dated 17.10.2024 is placed on record. 4.In the light of the above, this Court is of the considered view that at present nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
No costs.
