These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 3249 and 301 days in filing the applications to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second and third respondents, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of them and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second and third respondents.

2.In respect of R8 to R11, paper publication was effected, however none appeared on behalf of R8 to R11 as such their names and also the names of the other respondents have been printed in the cause list.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.
