This application has been filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents 1 to 8 from passing any resolutions affecting the shareholding of the petitioners in the 12th respondent Company in the Extraordinary General Meeting Scheduled on 04.09.2021 or on any other day pending disposal of the suit.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he is not pressing this application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
