ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Section 5(i), 5j(ii), 6 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of POCM Act 2006, in Crime No.7 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had physical relationship with the defacto complainant, who is a minor of 15 years. Due to which the victim girl delivered a boy baby and suffering health issues. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the the investigation is pending and the victim girl had delivered a boy baby and she has not recovered from health issue.
