This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.04.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.8879 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 7.30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
