ORDER

The petitioner has been filed this writ petition to direct the first and second respondent to take disciplinary action as against the respondents 3 to 5 based on the complaint dated 23.05.2014 sent through registered post for violation of Human Rights and for outraging the modesty of a woman and also for an Order of Compensation directing the respondents 1 to 5 to pay Rs.5,00,000/- [Rupees five lakhs only] for the humiliation, brutal attack made on 24.04.2014 and for mental agony and pain suffered by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the disciplinary action has been taken against the respondents 3 to 5 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infurctuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
