This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.05.2023, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner temple.

Heard Mr.M.Devaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Vasanth Kumar, learned Additional Government

Pleader for respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.05.2023 and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
