S2(1)/ 20030/ 2018/ 85 dated 19.04.2018 and the consequential impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings order No. (Ni.1)Ko4/ 2018 dated 24.04.2018 and the consequential order of relieving issued by the 3rd respondent in proceedings order No. Ko. 3/2018 dated 31.05.2018 and quash these orders (in WP No.15117 of 2018) and; (ii)To stay the operation of the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in proceedings order No. S2(1)/ 20030/ 2018/ 85 dated 19.04.2018 and the consequential impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings order No. (Ni.1)Ko4/ 2018 dated 24.04.2018 and the consequential order of relieving issued by the 3rd respondent in proceedings order No. Ko. 3/2018 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PREM NARAYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.KADHIRVELU, Special Government Pleader, on behalf of the 1 to 3 Respondents the court made the following order:- Post the matter on 2.8.2018.
