This revision seeks for expeditious disposal of the suit pending in O.S.No.182 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee.
2. A perusal of the E-Courts shows that the suit is not in the list. The trial is not yet open. In fact, the pleadings also do not seem to be complete. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant a direction for expeditious disposal.
3. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his application once the suit is listed. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. 19.07.2024 Index : Yes/No KST To The Additional District Munsif Court Poonamallee.
