These applications have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole applicant in Appln.No.226 of 2018 and to bring the applicants herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole applicant.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed and the abatement caused due to the death of the sole applicant is set aside and the applicants herein are brought on record as applicants 2 and 3 in Appln.No.226 of 2018.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants to carryout required amendments and file amended copy of the application in Appln.No.226 of 2018 by 01.11.2021.
