ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's appeal dated 23.01.2014 and the subsequent reminder dated 18.07.2014 and pass order by cancelling the joint patta issued by the third respondent within a stipulated period.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that while pending this Writ Petition, the second respondent considered the petitioner's appeal dated 23.01.2014 and passed order on 16.03.2016 itself. 3.
