(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation in this Public Interest Litigation is that the State Highway, SH21, has encroachments on it and it is the responsibility of the third respondent (as stated by learned Government Pleader) to keep the Highway clear, so that there is a free flow of traffic.

2.The petitioner alleges that against the encroachments, a representation was made on 06.01.2015, which was received on 08.01.2015.
3.We, thus, call upon the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and if any encroachments are found on the Highway, take action in accordance with law, with notice to all concerned. The needful be done within one month of receipt of this order.
