Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of India for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in R.O.C.No.313/2015 dated 16.02.2015 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to enrol the petitioner as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of Tamilnadu within the the period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN,J) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent rejecting his application for enrolment as an advocate and for a direction to the second respondent to enrol him as an advocate in the roll of Bar Council of Tamilnadu.

2. The counsel for the petitioner has been repeatedly absent from 4.6.2015 onwards. We have recorded this fact even on the earlier occasion on 19.6.2015. Even today, he is absent. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
