Heard Mr.S.S.Rajesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader and perused the materials placed on record.

2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2014 and hand over the possession of his house bearing Old No.53, New No.4, Veera Kutty Street, Old Washermenpet, Chennai - 600 021, by unlocking the seal affixed by the third respondent on 01.03.2014.

3. The police constable from H4, Korrukupet Police Station as well as H3, Tondiarpet Police Station, are present in Court. It is submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has been complied with and the premises in question has been opened and handed over to the petitioner.

Recording the said submission of the police constable from H4, Korrukupet Police Station as well as H3, Tondiarpet Police Station, this Writ Petition is closed.
