O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30972 of 2020 by the order dated 18.12.2019, that petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the lockdown period the petitioner did not comply with the condition and after lifting lockdown period he complied the condition thereafter for the last three weeks. Hence, he seeks modification.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30972 of 2020 by the order dated 18.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
