The prayer sought for in the present petition is to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent from harassing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner under the guise of interfering with civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of the property measuring an extent of 2.57 Acres comprised in Survey No.49/3A, 49/3B and 49/3C in Irumbulicherry Village, Thikalukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is harrasing the petitioner under the guise of the complaint from the respondents 3 and 5.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the second respondent submits that there is no complaint against the petitioner herein and that no such harrasment has been made as alleged.
