The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in Crime No. Not known of 2023 for the offences under Sections 294(b) & 506(ii) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by one Karthick, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.347 of 2023, wherein both the parties have decided to bury their hatchet and compromise the dispute amicably among themselves and they also requested that, no further action may be taken on their complaint.

3. In view of the above submission this Court is of the view that no order is necessary to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
