Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to find out the authorities/individuals who are instrumental in subjecting the petitioner and her family members for human experimentation and take suitable legal action against the culprits by considering the petitioners representation dated 19.01.2024.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to find out the authorities/individuals who are instrumental in subjecting the petitioner and her family members for human experimentation and take suitable legal action against the culprits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the seventh respondent is directed to depute an officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police to enquire the complaint mentioned in the petitioner's representation and complete the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
