ORDER

Mr.Manoj Sreevalsan, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.C.Gunasekaran, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for first respondent are before this Court.

2. Learned counsel on record for petitioner submits that the matter has been settled. Saying so, learned counsel on record for petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows: 'This petition may be dismissed as withdraw in view of the settlement between the parties.

3. Learned counsel submits that above endorsement has been made, on instructions from the petitioner and he reiterates the same.
