ORDER

Since the suit has been rejected, the petitioner has to necessarily file an appeal under Section 96 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

2. The present Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The learned counsel can take back the original papers submitted by him. There shall be no order as to costs.
