For Petitioner : Mr.G.Sankaran For Respondent : Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal Government Advocate COMMON O R D E R Alleging that the orders dated 23.10.2019 passed by this Court in WMP.Nos.26773 and 27880 of 2019 in WP.Nos.27339 and 28212 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petitions has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed a writ petitions challenging the cancellation of incentives and consequential recovery order in which this Court had granted interim stay on 23.10.2019.

3. Though, no recovery has been effected pursuant to the interim order, however, incentives have not been paid in favour of the petitioners.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner may raise all the issues at the time of hearing of the main writ petitions.

5. In view of the fact that this Court had granted stay against the recovery, which has been complied with, however, the further payments having not been made has resulted in the filing of the present contempt petitions. In view of the fact that interim order has been complied with, 2/3

this Court permits the petitioners to canvass all the issues raised now at the time of final hearing of the main writ petitions.

6. This Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
