The petitioners, apprehending arrest in crime number not known based on the complaint given by one A.M.Murugan to the respondent police has filed the above petition for anticipatory bail. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the complaint has been registered in C.S.R.No.293 of 2025 and the enquiry is in progress.
3. Considering the submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to cooperate with the investigation on receipt of summons. The respondent police is directed to conduct investigation and proceed as per law.
