ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection for completion of the building construction in the petitioner's land comprised in T.S.No.97, situated at Ward-B, Kumarapalayam Town and Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioners representation dated 28.03.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 6 to 9, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 6 to 9, pass necessary orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if petitioner's representation is found feasible.
