Today, when the matter is listed under the caption "notice of motion", the learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that this Criminal Original Petition was already disposed of along with Crl.O.P.No.13081 of 2015 by this Court on 24.06.2015 and he has also produced the order copy of the same for perusal.

The above said submission is recorded. Since the petition is already disposed of, no further order is required.
