This petition has been filed to implead the proposed 7th respondent as a party respondent in the above WP No.7915 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Notice to the proposed 7th respondent has been duly served and the learned counsel has also entered appearance.

4. The remaining respondents have also not raised any serious objection for allowing this WMP.

5. This Court being satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of WMP No.20271 of 2020. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve copies of papers on the learned counsel for the 7th respondent, forthwith and the learned counsel for the 7th respondent is directed to file counter before the next hearing date.

7. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the matter on 10.03.2021.
