The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 326 days in filing Restore Petition in SR.No.76144 of 2020 in W.P.No.21274 of 2005 which was dismissed for non prosecution dated 12.11.2019.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for on a condition that a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) is to be paid by the petitioners jointly to the State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai, on or before 06.09.2022, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference of this Court.

4. Post the Writ Petition on 08.09.2022.
