Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned charge memo issued in PR No.93/2012 dated 24.9.12 and the consequential order of the 1st respondent in RC No.14/15452/ Tr.PR/2014 T.Z.O.480/2014 dated 28.6.14 and RC No.14/15452/ tr.PR/2014 dated 30.6.14 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to superannuate the petitioner from service and settle all his retirement benefits within a reasonable time.
