This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.146 of 2012 dated 28.09.2012 on the file of the learned III Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai in partly allowing the appeal as against the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.3515 of 2009 dated 09.03.2011, on the file of the learned V Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai. 2.The learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
