This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 02.08.2018 passed in above S.A.No.415 of 2002 which was dismissed as abated by this Court for not taking steps to implead legal heirs of R1 and R2 and restore the above S.A.No.415 of 2002.

2.Heard Ms.Pavithra for M/s.T.K.Rajasekaran and Mr.Aniruth Narayanan for the respondents.

3.Mr.Aniruth Narayanan has no objection for ordering this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
