Seeking leave to file suit against the defendants and the suit property, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2. The suit is filed for recovery of money.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that all the defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court but major part cause of action and the entire transactions has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. To avoid multiplicity of proceedings, leave is necessary to file single suit against the respondents/defendants.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
