O R D E R

These writ petitions have been filed to issue patta to the writ petitioners for their respective lands considering their representations. The grievance of all the writ petitioners is that despite much efforts, the respondent is not considering their request to issue for their respective lands in Re Survey No.347, Old Survey No.196/53, Melpattambakkam Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District. It is not stated as to whether they made application in accordance with law and paid the requisite fees. But, however, the petitioners have made representation to the respondent for issuance of patta for their respective lands.

Therefore the respondent is directed to forward the representation, if any received from the petitioners to the authority concerned to consider the 2/4

same. The authority concerned is directed to consider such representation and after giving notice to rival claimants/interested parties, if any, and to the adjacent land owners of four boundaries, pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, all the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
